Limber de Crema
Level: EasyTotal Time: 8 hr 10 min (includes freezing time)Active Time: 10 minYield: 7 servings

As a kid, I was apprehensive about this flavor because of the name—“cream limber” sounded unappetizing at first. But once I tried it, it quickly became one of my favorites. Subtle cinnamon notes and rich, milky sweetness make it an unforgettable treat.
Ingredients
Evaporated milk

Condensed milk
Sugar
Vanilla (extract)

Ground cinnamon
2 cups water
Directions

Arrange seven 8-ounce plastic cups on a small tray that fits in your freezer.
In a blender, combine evaporated milk, condensed milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and 2 cups water. Blend until smooth and homogeneous. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed—add up to 1 tablespoon more sugar for a sweeter treat.
Pour the mixture into the prepared cups, filling each to about 1/4 inch from the brim. Sprinkle a pinch of ground cinnamon on top of each cup if desired.

Freeze until fully frozen, at least 8 hours. Limbers will keep in the freezer for up to a month.
