Directions
Prep the cedar planks: Soak two 5 1/2-by-11-inch cedar planks in a large bowl of water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.

Set up the grill: Prepare a grill for medium indirect heat (for gas grills, leave one or two burners off; for charcoal grills, bank coals on one side).
Make the dressing: Whisk together mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, anchovy paste, mustard, garlic, lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and several grinds of black pepper in a medium bowl. Reserve 2 tablespoons in a small bowl (cover and refrigerate the remaining dressing).
Season the salmon: Pat the cedar planks dry, rub each side with vegetable oil, and place 2 salmon fillets on each plank. Brush evenly with the reserved 2 tablespoons of dressing, then sprinkle with Parmesan, salt, and pepper.

Grill the salmon: Place the cedar planks over indirect heat, cover the grill, and cook until the salmon is cooked through and the cheese is melted (about 8 minutes, depending on thickness). Transfer the planks with salmon to a baking sheet using tongs and set aside.
Grill veggies and bread: Put bread, lettuce, tomatoes (stem-side up), and avocados (cut-side down) over direct heat. Grill, flipping the bread and lettuce once, until lightly charred (5 to 7 minutes). Transfer to a large platter as done.
Assemble the salad: Use a spatula to transfer the salmon to the platter with the grilled ingredients. Drizzle everything with the reserved dressing, sprinkle with parsley, and shave additional Parmesan over the top using a vegetable peeler.
